As the creative director and a founding member of the Electronic Gaming Federation, Rockie Hunter draws on his experience in design and communication media – from conceptualization to post-production – to create its brand identity and design all visuals and marketing materials, including videos and advertisements.
Before joining EGF, Rockie served as a print designer for Afterimage: The Journal for Media Arts and Cultural Criticism, a publication covering digital media, film, photography, television, video, and visual arts, as well as debates within art history, media studies, visual and cultural studies, and related fields.
Rockie obtained his bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Chester College of New England in Chester, New Hampshire, and his master’s degree in print media from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York.
Rockie’s creativity continues after work with his sketch pad and music. He also enjoys woodworking and exploring breweries throughout the Northeast.
